We offer a range of dielectric fluids for Electrical Discharge Machining. Varcut EDM Fluids are low viscosity fluids containing antioxidant and low viscosity hydrocarbons, based on mineral oils.

 

Varcut Bio Light

10 CST viscosity, a low viscosity neat cutting chlorine free neat cutting oil formulated using state of the art additive technology and synthetic biodegradable base oils for high performance machining. The products combination of viscosity, excellent lubricity and high performance ester provides maximum flushing action and superior surface finish that does not leave sticky residues.

 

Designed for the machining of medium to high tensile steels including stainless steel, aluminium alloys and yellow metals, deep hole drilling, boring, forming and gear grinding.

 

Varcut Bio Heavy

46 CST viscosity, a medium viscosity neat oil designed for applications such as spray mist, total loss systems and sawing operations. The products combination of viscosity, excellent lubricity and high performance ester provides maximum flushing action and superior surface finish that does not leave sticky residues. Chlorine, mineral oil free and being based on high quality ester it is fully biodegradable.

 

Excellent operator acceptance especially in spray mist applications or for use in confined areas.

 

Varcut EP Additive

Contains inactive sulphur and chlorinated paraffin blended with highly refined mineral oil. Used for heavy duty applications such as a tapping, also used as a tank side addition to enhance EP performance with neat cutting oils and forming fluids.
