VARCLEAN ULTRA SHD Range

Biodegradable, caustic and label free, heavy duty traffic film remover /multipurpose degreaser

 

Varclean Ultra SHD range is a super concentrate caustic free, biodegradable, multipurpose cleaner/degreaser formulated using high foaming surfactants, cleaning agents and alkalis for the removal of general dirt, traffic film and grease from vehicles and machinery. The product has been developed for vehicle bodywork and machinery cleaning.

 

Varclean Ultra SHD range have a unique formulation combining the latest surfactant technology that makes even the concentrated product ‘label free’ under new CLP regulations thus when being handled offers excellent operator safety in a variety of working environments.

 

Varclean Ultra SHD range can be diluted up to 300:1 depending on amount of road traffic film to be removed and hardness of local water. Application can be via pressure wash or brush and rinsed with clean water. This super concentrated formulation makes it the ideal choice for economical use across a wide variety of applications.

 

 

Varclean HD TFR Range

Super Concentrate Heavy Duty Traffic Film Remover and Multipurpose Degreaser

 

Varclean HD TFR is a super concentrate multipurpose cleaner/degreaser formulated using high foaming surfactants, cleaning agents and alkalis for the removal of general dirt, traffic film and grease from vehicles and machinery.

 

Varclean HD TFR has been developed for vehicle bodywork and machinery cleaning. Care should be taken when used at strong concentrations on polished aluminium.

VARMOULD Range

High performance mould release oil in a range of viscosities

 

Varmould is a concrete mould release agent based on a blend of severely refined low viscosity oils and chemical release agents. It is suitable for use on wood, steel and aluminium shuttering and can also be used on plastic moulds following pre testing of surface to ensure maximum substrate compatibility.

 

Varmould is formulated using severely refined mineral oils together high performance chemical release additives to give excellent release characteristics together with an enhanced surface finish. The product is very low in odour, light in colour and non-staining on all types of formwork.

Varcote Range

 

Varcote are a range of  low odour solvent deposited dewatering rust preventatives offering excellent corrosion protection.

 

Varol also offer a range of innovative water based rust preventatives that offer excellent protection against corrosion whilst offer the benefits of being solvent free leading to improved operator acceptability being near odourless and no VOC’s

VARCHAIN RANGE

High Performance Chain Saw Lubricants

 

Varchain and Varchain ‘X’ lubricants are available in a range of viscosity grades to suit varied applications requiring a “low fling” lubricant.

 

Varchain lubricants contain extreme pressure and anti-wear additives together with high molecular weight polymers to resist breakdown and displacement of the lubricant even under high loads.

 

Varchain lubricants are recommended for chainsaw cutter bars, open roller chain lubrication, roller bearings and are also suitable for general machine lubrication where non drip characteristics are required.

 

Varchain ‘X’ grades in the range offer exceptional adhesion performance to cutter bar surfaces and perform as long life grades with outstanding lubrication and ‘anti fling’ properties. These specially developed grades are only available in a limited viscosity range.

VARLUBE HTO RANGE 

Heat Transfer Oils

 

Varlube HTO oils are high quality heat transfer fluids based on highly refined mineral oils.

 

Varlube HTO oils are suitable for use in heat transfer systems requiring a heat transfer fluid in the liquid phase. In operating systems the product will perform within temperature ranges between -5°C and 360°C.

VARGREASE EP RANGE

High quality Range of multi-purpose EP greases

 

Vargrease Lithium EP 1 and Lithium EP 2 greases are multipurpose lubricants suitable for use in high pressure greasing equipment. Their pump-ability ensures regular and easy flow through the fine bore pipes used in automatic systems.

 

Vargrease Lithium EP 2 may be used as a general industrial and automotive lubricant. It can be used for product rationalisation for many applications.

 

Vargrease Lithium EP 0 grease will provide for an efficient level of pump-ability in small bore systems, which means that even when the point of application is remote from the motive source there will be no significant pressure differential to overcome. This factor is critical when selecting the correct lubricant to be supplied via conventional and modern automatic lubrication systems.

 

Vargrease Lithium EP 00 is a semi-fluid grease also recommended for automatic greasing units and as an alternative to industrial gear oils to prevent leakage.

 

Vargrease Lithium EP 000 is a semi-fluid grease recommended for the lubrication of commercial vehicles and plant served by automatic greasing units. It may also be recommended as an alternative to industrial gear oils in enclosed gearboxes where high leakage rates are experienced.
