Varpress AW

 

Varpress AW hydraulic oils are premium quality oils blended on base stocks chosen to provide a high Viscosity Index together with resistance to oxidation, foaming, wear and degredation.

 

Varpress AW hydraulic oils contain Zinc and Phosphorus anti-wear additives making them ideal for severe applications

 

Varpress AW hydraulic oils are suitable for use in turbine or closed circulation lubricating systems thanks to their excellent stability. Varpress hydraulic oils are not suitable for systems containing silver or silver plated parts and components.

 

Varpress V (HVI)

 

Varpress V hydraulic oils are premium quality oils blended on base stocks chosen to provide greater consistency in viscosity over a wide range of operating temperatures.

 

Varpress V hydraulic oils contain zinc and phosphorus anti-wear additives and are based on base stocks selected for their resistance to oxidation and degredation.

 

Varpress V hydraulic oils are suitable for use in contractor’s plant and high performance systems where equipment is subjected to temperature variation that can adversely affect performance or equipment operated for long periods at elevated ambient temperatures.

 

Varpress V hydraulic oils are suitable for precision machine tools where consistency of operation is crucial.

 

Varpress ZF (Ashless)

Varpress ZF hydraulic oils contain anti-wear additives that are zinc free and ashless offering exceptional thermal stability and compatibility with all metals

 

 Varpress HLP-D (Detergent Zinc containing)

 

Varpress HLP-D hydraulic fluids are based on highly refined paraffinic mineral oils and include a multipurpose additive package to provide excellent antiwear protection and resistance to corrosion, together with good emulsifying and detergent properties.

 

Varpress HLP-D oils are typically used for hydraulic systems subject to contamination, particularly ingress of water. The product offers extended service life compared to standard hydraulic oils. Its water tolerance and detergency properties make it suitable for applications where drain of water, either fresh or sea water, contamination is difficult to drain.
