VARFORM 600 SERIES
Our 600 series is state of the art technology with the introduction of water, reducing H&S concerns when typically using solvents for vanishing oils. A high performance range with huge commercial benefits to the end user along with the operator acceptability and HSQE satisfaction.
Varform 622
A modern high quality, water based Vanishing, Drawing and Stamping Lubricant, high performance ready to use vanishing oil to give significant enhancements in tool-life, operator comfort, and surface finish. It based on a special synergistic blend of synthetic ester lubricity enhancers, it has been designed specifically for ferrous, galvanised metal and zinc plated materials.
This product is a non-VOC vanishing oil which leaves virtually no residues on formed components. It is fast drying and very low odour. It is especially suitable for steel, galvanised metal and zinc coated metal but can also be used on other non ferrous materials. Applications include blanking, forming, roll forming, punching, and pressing giving superior surface finish and tool-life.
VARFORM 500 SERIES
Our 500 series is high performance range with a mixture of heavily packed EP performance, some water washable and water extendible giving excellent options for some bespoke applications.
Varform 551
A heavy duty, neat drawing, cold heading and stamping lubricant. A unique blend of severely solvent refined base oils, high performance additives and corrosion inhibitors. It is free from chlorine and sulpurised ester and therefore is suitable for a wide range of presswork applications from severe duty to light including cold heading.
Developed to have high film strength characteristics with good excellent EP properties. It is used in severe drawing of light to heavy gauge metals particularly on deep and intricate draws where splitting and galling are problems. Developed for severe applications such as cold heading and drawing of stainless steel.
Easily removed following the forming process and therefore can provide significant savings in cleaning and processing costs. Due the products unique formulation where chlorine and suphurised esters are replaced with advanced additive technology, press shop conditions and health and safety improvements can also be achieved.
Varform 515
Fully synthetic forming and cutting fluid. A next generation synthetic high performance forming and cutting fluid designed for cutting, forming and pressing operations on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. The formulation provides superior cooling and flushing characteristics and excellent corrosion protection whilst minimising the build-up of ‘sticky’ residues. Varform 515 is an incredibly adaptable product and uses the latest water soluble polymer technology to give superb performance and surface finish in a range of heavy and light duty pressing, forming and cutting operations. Varform 515 is an extremely low foaming product and works equally well as an emulsion in both hard and soft waters and on all ferrous and non ferrous materials. Across a wide range of dilutions, including when applied neat in forming operations, the product is an extremely robust and gives extended service life in the most difficult applications. Varform 515 in its neat form is able to replace heavy duty, high oil, chlorinated and sulphurised products giving a very clean working environment. As a solution the product can be used on a range of cutting operations and light duty pressing operations, and can be used as a direct replacement for traditional evaporating oils and rust preventatives.

Varform 480
Chlorine free heavy duty, EP neat or water mix drawing and stamping lubricant. A blend of severely solvent refined oil, EP additives and corrosion inhibitors. It is free from chlorine and is suitable for a wide range of presswork applications from severe duty to light. This unique formulation allows the product to be either used neat or as a conventional water mix drawing or cutting fluid as it forms a stable emulsion when mixed with water.
Developed having high film strength performance esters with good EP properties. It is used in severe drawing of light to heavy gauge metals particularly on deep and intricate draws either neat or as an emulsion. Suitable for a multiplicity of drawing and stamping applications such as automotive and aerospace components and on a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous materials.
Varform 449
Chlorine free heavy duty, EP neat drawing and stamping lubricant. A blend of severely solvent refined oil, EP additives, low temperature performance esters and corrosion inhibitors. It is free from chlorine and is suitable for a wide range of presswork applications from severe duty to light. The product can be used neat or diluted with other oils to vary its performance and is water washable to aid post form cleaning

Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. It includes an anti-wear additive that enhances the performance of other EP additives. Can be diluted down with other mineral oils for less severe drawing and pressing operations.

VARFORM 300 SERIES
Our 300 series is our ester based vanishing oil range, covering drawing, stamping, punching or piercing. Its properties can eliminate the use of post wash operations given the lack of residue remaining on the product.

Varform 307
Low viscosity, ester based vanishing oil for Drawing and Stamping. Designed for high speed blanking, punching or piercing operations on thin gauge coiled steel strip. It can also be used as a light duty forming or drawing lubricant.
Formulated with a low level of neutral ester to ensure only a very thin film is left on components. This film is frequently not removed prior to subsequent operations. The solvent carrier has a significantly higher flash point than other hydrocarbon solvents, such as white spirit, typically used in this type of product but will evaporate. Designed for use on light gauge steel and aluminium alloys.

Varform 299
High viscosity EP Chlorinated neat drawing, forming and stamping lubricant. A high viscosity heavy duty neat oil drawing compound recommended for severe cold forming operations (e.g. presswork, heading, blanking, piercing and swaging) predominantly on steels including alloy steels.
High in EP and lubricity additives for the lubricity required in severe draws and is normally used as supplied, application can be by brush, roller or spray. As a heavy duty compound and therefore post formed parts should be cleaned with hydrocarbon solvents or very heavy duty aqueous wash systems. It is recommended that parts are cleaned before heat treatment or welding operation because the high content of chlorine in this lubricant may cause staining
Varform 275
Heavy duty Sulphur-Chlorinated neat drawing and stamping lubricant. An extremely heavy duty neat drawing compound. The high additive levels make it suitable for very severe deep drawing and threading operations where conventional drawing and cutting oils would fail due to scoring or splitting.
For less severe operations the use of mineral oils to dilute is acceptable. Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. Designed for use on a broad range of alloys including steel, stainless and aluminium alloys.
Varform 264
Heavy duty Sulphur-Chlorinated neat drawing and stamping lubricant. An extremely heavy duty neat drawing compound. The high additive levels make it suitable for very severe deep drawing and cold heading operations where conventional drawing and cutting oils would fail due to scoring or splitting.

Heavy duty Sulphur-Chlorinated neat drawing and stamping lubricant. An extremely heavy duty neat drawing compound. It is a high viscosity oil, containing high additive levels making it suitable for difficult deep drawing and stamping operations.
Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. Designed for use on a broad range of alloys including steel, stainless and aluminium alloys.

Medium duty Sulphur-Chlorinated neat drawing and fineblanking. A medium to heavy duty neat drawing compound. Its medium viscosity and additive levels make it ideal for difficult blanking operations.

Medium viscosity Chlorinated neat oil for heavy duty drawing, stamping and forming. A light coloured medium viscosity drawing compound designed for arduous applications such as deep drawing of steels and heavy duty pressing and stamping operations.
Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. It includes additives to assist in removal of residual lubricant films. Designed for use on mild and alloy steels, additionally it is non-staining towards yellow metals making it suitable for materials such as copper and brass.
Varform 159
Medium viscosity Chlorinated neat oil for heavy duty drawing, stamping and forming. A very heavy duty neat drawing compound, having a medium to high viscosity.
Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. Designed for use on a broad range of alloys including steel, stainless and aluminium alloys.
Varform 149
Low viscosity Chlorinated neat oil for drawing, stamping and forming. A light coloured low viscosity drawing compound designed for arduous applications on a wide range id alloys including steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. It includes additives to assist in removal of residual lubricant films. Superior EP and lubricity properties and is recommended for drawing, blanking, roll forming and cold heading operations.
Varform 135
Heavy duty Chlorinated neat oil for drawing and stamping. A light coloured low viscosity drawing compound designed for arduous applications on ferrous metals, stainless steel and zintec. It is recommended for very severe and deep drawn presswork.
Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. It includes additives to assist in removal of residual lubricant films with aqueous cleaners. Superior EP properties and also offers a good level of in-process corrosion protection.
Varform 130
Heavy duty Chlorinated neat oil for drawing and stamping. A light coloured low viscosity drawing compound designed for arduous applications on ferrous metals, stainless steel and zintec. It is recommended for very severe and deep drawn presswork. Similar to Varform 135 but a medium viscosity for when preferred.
Formulated with a carefully selected blend of extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil base. It includes additives to assist in removal of residual lubricant films with aqueous cleaners. Superior EP properties and also offers a good level of in-process corrosion protection.
Varform 102
High viscosity Chlorinated neat oil for drawing, stamping and forming. A very heavy duty neat drawing compound with a high viscosity. In particular recommended for heavy section rolling and severe cold forming operations on steels.
Formulated with high levels of extreme pressure additives. It incorporates additives to give enhanced protection against oxidation, thermal degradation and corrosion. Suitable for use on a broad range of alloys including steel, stainless and aluminium alloys. It includes additives to assist in removal of residual lubricant films with aqueous cleaners
